That is what inspired us to start Zanjabiel Catering. Our goal is to pass on the rich, cultural heritage that we experienced throughout our upbringing in our beautiful homelands of Syria and Libya. Hadeil and Reem are friends that share the same passion for cooking as the women who came before them.
All of our cold and warm food items are served on disposable platters or bowls and garnished, ready to serve. Hot food is served in aluminum disposable pans so you can keep food warm until serving time. We require a 60% down payment when the order is placed with the remaining 40% due on delivery. We require a minimum of 3 days notice for cancellation or a cancellation fee will be applied.

Had a great experience catering from Zanjabiel for a small party. They were very prompt to respond and accommodate dietary preferences. We ended up creating a mostly vegan menu of Mujadarra, Pumpkin stew, and Fateh al betanjan, plus a roasted leg of lamb.
Everything was delicious and all the guests were impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Had Zanjabiel cater a large training for us. The food was a big hit with all the participants (they couldn't stop raving about how flavorful it was). The communication was easy with the owners in getting everything arranged. And the delivery was prompt and pleasant! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality food to feed any group!

Zanjabiel catered our networking event and it was so delicious. I am always worried I might not like a different cuisine due to seasonings but Zanjabiel was deliciously pleasant. No over powering seasoning but fantastic moments of cinnamon. That was my favorite. Highly Recommend!
