Voids valley is definitely a death trap! The staff is slow the doctors are incoherent!! They do not care about black people at all! They judge people from the time they walk through the door! If your not white and insured by the best insurance company they show favoritism!! The only staff member that was alert and helpful is Ms. Sabrina who works in the front! We sat in the waiting area for almost two hours with no help! They should be shut down! The only help there is the security! I will be back to add names of doctors and staff that where no help at all! If you need help go to Birmingham not

I just went to the Emergency Room due to a 10 day persistent migraine that is due to a brain disease that I have. I brought my MRI discs with me to show PROOF of the diagnosis. 2 discs to be exact, 1 brain scan with contrast the other a C-SPINE scan. I handed the nurse my discs when she triaged me, but she handed them right back. There was a female doctor there tonight. I wish I knew her name, but I don't because she didn't introduce herself, neither did the nurse. The doctor asked how she could help me, so I explained what was going on and told her I had this disease. She didn't ask to see the

I came into the ER with right arm numbness, dizziness and minor chest pain, and was sent home with nothing but a bill for an EKG and a CT scan. It's like they ruled out what it wasn't, but didn't tell me what was wrong. No one even completely heard my entire story of what happened because they kept getting pulled away from consulting with me. Fortunately, after sitting in the ER for 3 hours, the numbness disappeared. But I just can't believe they didn't give me anything for my chest pain before sending me home. The saving grace was the very Kind Receptionist/CNA who checked me in.
