Daniel Barron, MPAS, PA-C has extensive experience in Dermatology, working in the field in Texas and New York for over 10 years. He graduated top of his class in 2010 from The University of Texas-Pan American Physicians Assistant Masters Program in Edinburg, Texas.
Immediately following graduation, Daniel underwent an additional year of intensive training in Dermatology which included; a comprehensive series of didactic dermatology lectures, weekly journal club and Basic Science Lecture Series at the A.T University Health Science Center Dermatology Residency Program alongside resident physicians.

Absolutely terrible dermatology office. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. A disorganized front office staff and unhelpful nurses make it a nightmare to work with. Dr. K is also super short and you can tell she does not really listen or spend time with her patients. Appointments would be over so quickly I didn’t even have time to ask all of my questions. I will be finding a new dermatologist that is more willing to help it’s patients

I 1000000% recommend this practice for all dermatology needs. I struggle with anxiety when going to the doctor and the entire staff here made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Everyone was so kind and reassuring and took the time to walk me through every step of the process of my visit. It’s been a long time since I have found a doctor who I was so immediately comfortable with. I’m very grateful to of had such a great experience here and will return.

I got there early to fill out any additional forms needed. I had a short wait and was taken to an examination room.
Everything was explained to me before starting the exam. Dr Koriakos checked all of the areas I had concerns with and checked to make sure there were not other spots that needed attention. She took 2 samples to be sent to the lab for biopsy.
I left their office before time for my scheduled appointment time.
Dr Koriakos is very pleasant and I highly recommend her for any Dermatology needs.

My wife had an appointment for having rash. She was never seen by a doctor instead was seen by a nurse. She paid to have a Dr see and check the issue not a nurse. Nurses of course had no clue what was going on and were playing guess games. Only thing they did was draw some blood when this could have been done quicker faster and cheaper at any lab instead of paying a Dr's visit to have a blood sample drawn. Seems like this office is just a money milking machine. Difinitely was a waste of time and difinitely would be the last time to visit or recommend.

Doctor failed to identify the lesions on my face as fungal acne, and prescribed me something that caused rolling scars on my face. I am really upset because this negligence caused huge lesions that I am still healing from two months later, and will likely have scars for the rest of my life. The Doctor lacks empathy and compassion which is something I believe every MD should have. Extremely disappointed.
