I'm currently live in San Diego but often travel to the Tempe area to visit family. My very old VW GTI (2009) tossed up an engine light along with an oil leak (unknown cause). I needed to have it look at before my drive to CA. Though busy, they were very willing to look into the issue and diagnose the problem. Rainey, Jeremy and Keith (or Kevin...can't remember clearly) took great care of me. I learned it's an expensive repair and not one I need to deal with immediately. They were kind, honest, and very helpful. I feel comfortable driving home and will take care of it later. I'm telling my family

I have a 2006 pontiac grand prix, with over 200k miles. There is no other place I'd rather take my car. It is a family ran business that is honest and wants to make sure you're safe on the road. My rack and pinon has been needing to be replaced, but they were up front with me and told me I could drive it for a bit longer, it would be rough but we should probably get it done asap. No pressure at all. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious, better than any other one I've been in. Thanks guys!

I went to Interstate Auto Repair because of excellent reviews. My trunk would not open with the key fob or inside latch. I was quoted an approximate amount that the repair would cost. However, I was told that the wiring inside the driver door just needed to be cleaned; that there was buildup. So, this ended up costing much less than the quote.
I plan to use Interstate Auto Repair for all of my car's needs in the future!

I always hate moving and finding a new mechanic to do work on my vehicles. Interstate was recommended to me and was easy and they made it painless. Been taking my 2014 Ford Focus here since I got it in 2018, they've been taking care of me really well. They do all the service I ask and nothing extraneous, and will make suggestions for fixes when they see them. For instance, I noticed irregular tire wear on my old set of tires, so once I got a new set I took the car in for an alignment. They did the alignment for free (since I already got one there not too terribly long ago) and told me what would need replacing to stop the uneven tire wear. Quality place, no doubt.

Best shop ever. Seriously took such great care of me. I had serious wheel /suspension failure with my ford ranger . Fought with my warranty company, fixed my rust bucket of a truck, prices were beyond fair and honest and great great customer service. Even the inside lobby is rad. Keith and Reina are awesome . Even surprised me with a smog certificate for my truck because they knew I needed it! This shop will be my new go to mechanic shop 10/10 highly recommend
