Best mexican restaurant hands down, small but pleasant atmosphere, clean, great service but the best thing is it's food, delicious & never disappoints, the best fajitas I have ever eaten, nothing negative about this restaurant & I have been coming here since it opened.

Great food and hospitality. Totally amazed by their courteous behavior. The manager took extra effort to seat us outdoors. We were the only family dining outside, yet we got exceptional service. We never experienced a single moment of delay. Authentic Mexican food with a plethora of choices. They have an elaborate selection of desserts, something I've not noticed at other Mexican restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

1-2-2022, treated my sister, brother-in-law & my two nieces to a Mexican dinner from Mariachi Grill. After speaking with the gentleman at the restaurant who was polite and answered my questions, I placed a decent size order. The order was delivered while still hot, it looked and tasted delicious. I ordered quite a bit of food from a few appetizers, entrees & desserts. There was enough food for at least two days, two days of no cooking. The staff, service & delivery was great. Will tell family & friends about he great experience with the Mariachi Grill. Looking forward to having dinner at your restaurant

Love mariachi grill! Their shrimp salad will forever be one of my favorite meals and have a special place in my heart :) Highly recommend for a date night or with friends/family.

First time patronising the restaurant and I'd definitely visit again. I called for a take-out order and it was ready in 10 minutes. The tortilla soup was great. Beef tacos were delicious. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

Terrible! Worst Mexican food I've ever had. No flavor at all. My husband couldn't even finish his dinner it was that bad. I only gave it 1 star because I had to.

We visited New Jersey and stopped in at the Marichi Grill. The MOST authentic Mexican cuisine I’ve ever had in the US. Staff were polite, restaurant clean and so was the bathroom. 5 out of 5 recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal food. You get your money's worth. It's almost 2 hours away from where I live but I will most certainly be returning.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out for some time and finally did. I’m so glad I did too! The staff was so nice and their food was out of this world. They are BYOB and they have a kids menu. We sat inside which is very small but they have a nice outside area too. I will deff be back!

I was really excited to try this place. The service was okay but the food wasn't very flavorful. To start we ordered a chicken quesadilla and guacamole which was good but very plain. So I wanted to ask for hot sauce, lime, cilantro or something, honestly anything but I couldn't get the servers attention. For entrees we ordered chicken mole and carnitas tacos. The mole was good but the carnitas were very fatty, like the meat needed to be cooked down more. It was also cubes pieces of meat which I never experienced before normally it is shredded and crispy. Sorely disappointed as I love

First off, I want to enjoy this restaurant. It's a nice local spot I want to support for Mexican food. My main issue is everything we ordered tonight was bland, almost no seasoning. Steak fajitas, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, all bland. I've actually seen this in some other reviews, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. I've personally tried them before as well with the same experience and decided tonight to try them again. Same thing. I sure hope they take this to heart and spice things up a bit, literally. I'll try them one more time in the future and actually talk

Absolutely delicious--the guacamole is out of this world. If you've never had cactus before, definitely try it--it's delicious. So many options for vegetarians too! Don't leave without trying the dulche de leche churros

Our party of four felt very welcomed and taken care of by all the staff working on Cinco de Mayo 2021. 2/4 of my friends who like spice said that the steak was extremely mild and had little to no spice. The other two including myself enjoyed the regular steak and thought the veggies were cooked perfectly and complimented the plate itself. Awesome place for sure! Just needed a bit more spice in the food. Thank you!!'

The best Mexican restaurant in Lyndhurst. The food is great..I love the Gorgonzola skirt steaks, shrimp salad, avocado salad, salad dressing is soo good, guacamole, salmon, chicken empanadas, churros, fried ice cream, fresh ok..staffs are friendly and gives good service.

Parking - street only

Cleanliness - Very clean

Decor - nice colors and decorations throughout.

Food - I ordered the beef taco plate (4 tacos), my wife ordered the carnitas burrito and my 9-year old kid ordered the cheese quesadilla. Given that I frequented a tremendous amount of Taquerias and Taco trucks throughout Central and Southern California, I can say that the food here was bland for the tacos and burrito. My kid did like the cheese quesadilla though. As far as the red and green sauces, I would say it needs work

Despite previous review, decided to give it another go! Enjoyed it. Won't post anything negative during the covid crisis. Service was nice. Will go back.

The fam and I had a good meal at Mariachi after visiting the new American Dream mall in NJ. We were starving because the mall has yet to be fully functioning so there were slim pickings for lunch. We searched for some spots and my Yelper cuz (Mel E.) found Mariachi so we drove the 8 minutes to grab some grub before hitting the GWB to head back to our respective homes.

Parking looks to only be on the street and is pretty scarce. We found parking on a side block across the street but crossing is a little precarious so be careful. There was no need to make a reservation (not sure if they take them

Place is popular in vicinity for Mexican cuisine. They provide chips and salsa as a complimentary for the table. We ordered guacamole on the side, which was delicious. We had enchilada and burrito. Enchilada comes with rice and beans on the side. Pictures are posted for a reference.
This place is BYOB. They do have margarita mix, if needed, but bring your margarita. Staff is very friendly and available. They can customize order if needed. Try it out if you are around.

Hands down one of the best mexican spot I have been to in a while. This place is literally a hole in the wall, but man you won't be disappointed if you give a shot. Had the Mariachi N.Y. Strip (medium well), and the chef hit it out of the park. Packed with flavor and the meat was actually cooked medium turn. Small spot to enjoy with friends and family. Service is excellent and decors is very elegant, but traditional. Keep up the great work.

Need a nice date spot where the service is friendly and the food delicious. Look no further then the Mariachi Grill, a family owned business that will impress your date. I recommend the steak fajita lots of flavor and so much food I had to take it home. (Leftovers pic below). Plus it’s BYOB so crack that bottle of Sangria and enjoy.

So good! Love this local spot, so cozy and the food is amazing! We had the empenada entree and the chicken burrito without the tortilla. Both were delicious! We also had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and plaintains that were also very good (not pictured). Staff is friendly and food comes out promptly!

Food is excellent. Not too spicy with TONS of flavor. Service is ok but owners are nice and involved which def helped. The beef is awesome and tender I recommend the beef nachos and the carnitas empanadas which were AMAZING homemade and flaky\crispy with tender juicy pork inside. The enchiladas were ok and the mole was good if that’s ur thing but looking forward to going back and trying other things on menu soon!
