New Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Food is good!… But customer service is terrible. I order from them every single week whether it is in person or over the phone. The older lady at the front and who answers the phone is horribly rude. My most recent experience: I asked her to repeat my order and she said no and gave me my total instead, then she hung up the phone. I called back 3 times no answer, finally i got in contact again and had to ask if i could pay over the phone with card. As i was giving my card number she told me to hurry up.

Family owned business.The food is good, but old lady is very rude, when you order on the phone and in the store. They are cheap on giving you extra sauce,and utensils. I order $50 worth of food and wanted to give me 4 sauce and 3 chopsticks for a order of 5 people! When l asked for more sauce and chopsticks in the store, the lady refused and gave me a attitude! And when l asked for extra sauce, the guy opened the bag took the sauce out in it and slam it on the table. I have been eating at this place for 6 yrs. But its enough is enough! I'm not never eating her again! There a better place in the

A lot of these comments are from people who clearly don’t know good Chinese food. This is a good deal and the best in the area.

My boyfriend and I are regulars. Maybe it's because we order simple, but our order always turns out great. I usually get Chicken or Shrimp & Broccoli with Light sauce, and shrimp fried rice or white rice. Boyfriend gets the same and I like that it comes with an egg roll (the combo).
On the other hand, I did not like the fried chicken wings as they had a very weird texture and smell. I had to through them away.
Will be coming back, usually every two weeks!

This is a place for great Chinese Food. The food has flavor. The dine in area is always clean. If your complaint is about the customer service, get over it. My order is always correct and what I expect.

Never ever order food from here again. Order at 645pm on new years eve. And got my food at 845pm. And that was carryout. They had told me 2 hours delivery. Very unprofessional on the phones and in store. Should not had taken orders at one time. Another customer came back to return uncooked shrimp rolls 🤣
Terrible.

I ate here 4 times over 2 1/2 weeks recently while staying with friends that live close-by. The food has always been cooked fresh to order, the staff is friendly (especially once they started to recognize me), and my absolute favorite thing on the menu are the fried dumplings- seriously- the best I've ever had. I also had the sesame chicken twice and it was awesome, too.

Pretty good food most items on the menu 9/10. The shrimp items, you can taste the poor quality of them. The prices are fair for the size of meals, and they have a good amount of deals like most Chinese food places. The inside is very charming and they do have a parking lot so parking is no issue. The one thing i truly dislike is if you ask for the food to stay they take longer making your food, then if you take to go.
