Sometimes I forget this property is a rental as I never have to do anything as they take care of it all for me. My tax man loves that they provide a complete record with the proper forms needed to submit to the IRS at tax time. They complete the most thorough inspections of the property. I have had the pleasure or renting through these realtors for over 3 years now. They Come and do yearly checks to make sure the property is ok and that if there is anything you are needing to be done they can keep up on it. I have had a few plumbing issues in the house that I rent due to it being older and they have always had the plumber out within the first 24 hours of my call no matter how late or early the call is in the day. Anything that I call about regarding rent, plumbing issues, etc, I am always pleased with the professional and friendly demeanor I am greeted and treated with.
