Growing up on a Virginia farm instilled in Jim and Jay Ragsdale many qualities that have contributed to their business success. They have a down-to-earth, common sense approach to solving technology problems. They roll with the ups and downs of a crisis, even when Mother Nature throws a curve-ball.
And their strong work ethic drives them to keep working until their client's IT system is back up and running. Both Jim and Jay graduated from the University of Virginia and like so many other graduates, stayed in Charlottesville to build a life and raise a family.
