Absolute nightmare. We had them do low voltage and home theater pre-wiring in our new construction. The placement in our master bedroom for our wall mount is wrong. They initially dropped the cables for the home theater in the wrong room. They completely forgot to add the LFE line for the subwoofer, and then when they came back to add it, they installed it in the wrong place with the wrong wiring. They also didn’t mark where any of the wiring was or pull it out of the wall. They came back and marked it with black electrical tape leaving black adhesive all over brand new drywall. I went to cut

Technician today was outstanding. He figured out immediately what was wrong with sound on my projection television, and fixed it . Then he worked on the whole house audio system which has not functioned for at least four years. He found that the problems were in the controllers at a number of sites. They were no longer manufactured, but he was able to find ones for sale on the internet. Great job!!!

Jordan, their chief technician, is a master at his trade. He is unassuming yet so customer focused. He went above and beyond to ensure that our TV mounts, home network setup, phone connectivity and distributed audio system worked perfectly without any issues. AHT is a fantastic integrator and provider of home theater, security and other technology, with the best customer service and support I have received in a very very long time. I was looking to upgrade my home theater and wanted something unique that sounded awesome and I was interested in TruAudio B23 speakers. AHT worked with TruAudio and went out of their way to reconfigure their showroom so I could evaluate a complete 5.1 setup of B23 speakers! I spent 3 hours with Nick and Andre of AHT in their showroom. With the combination of a great product plus the best customer service and support ever

Professional, smart and quick! I've had AV work done in the home by other companies and it didn't make me confident when I was explaining technological things to them. Not the case with AHT! They know the latest and worked fast to integrate my home security, audio system and lighting into one fluid interface. The booties over the shoes were also a nice touch!

If you are looking for home technology - be it home theater, automation, security, AHT is the place to go. Andre was friendly and helpful to quote and plan wiring and equipment. Chris was prompt in scheduling and overseeing installation, he is the calming influence in the group. Jordan is absolutely the tech buff you would expect - he did a difficult in-ceiling projector screen install as flawlessly as I wanted. Very competitive quotes, friendly and prompt service, all the know-how - need I say more?

We just had a house built in Crozet and the folks at AHT took great care of us and made sure everything was ready for us when we moved in. I work out of my home and wanted to be able to utilize a phone system that connected to my corporate office back in Winchester. They got me set up so that I am able to run my business right here from home! Thank you to Andre and Chris and the techs that were at our house!!! I highly recommend AHT!

AHT also installed our security system which we are also very happy with and Chris was more than helpful advising us on iPad compatibility and scheduling all installations promptly.
