Bishop’s was the only jewelry store that we went to when looking to find what we wanted that didn’t make us feel like we were wasting their time. Then when I decided to get a custom ring made they helped me through every step and made the process easy. And I ended up with exactly what I asked for and on time. Great place to get your loved ones the special piece that will express your love.

They were wonderful. I brought in 2 rings and a gold chain. They repaired the necklace and tightened the diamonds in the ring. When I picked them up they looked beautiful, shiny almost like new. I didn't expect that. I think they went above and beyond and we're a very fair price. Kudos to Bishop jewelry.

I text the company on a day they were closed regarding how long engraving services would take to complete, they replied quickly and the same day. I dropped a ring off to be engraved in the morning and the job was completed the same day, which was a pleasant surprise since I wasn’t expecting it to be completed for a week. Happy customer! My husband had an infinity heart necklace made at Bishops Jewelry for my birthday. It was very beautifully done but it was lighter than the clasp so it would always be turned on my neck. I talked to the manager and we came up with a solution. I brought an old ring in and we put the diamond from the ring into the heart of the necklace and she bought the rest of the ring from me to help with the costs. Now my necklace stays in place and I have a beautiful piece of jewelry! Thank you so much!

Something about a small town jewelry store where they know who you are and what you like. Recently I was in the have my jewelry cleaned and they reminded me of a item on my wish list I loved and that it was on sale. I didn't purchase the necklace but I appreciated they reminded me and just give such great service.

Bishops Jewelry is absolutely excellent. The price is fair, always on time and high quality work. I had an intricate designed snake ring that caught on a suit jacket. It bent out of shape and lost a few stones in the deformation area. They fixed it to a brand new condition. You can't tell where the damaged happened. They've resized, gold plated and redesigned earring clasps for me as well. Highly recommend this business for any jewelry needs!

Had my fiancé's ring done here. Billy, Carrie and Rita were all very professional and helpful with the process. It was a custom job, they showed us pictures of what the ring would look like and even printed a 3D model of the ring for my fiancé to try on before they made the ring.
