After two employees, Tony and Cherry, made a cowardly, failed attempt to come to my home to try to attack me, I have nothing good to say about the loud mouth cowards in the front office. This company is horrible.
R R Realty should hire experienced, professional employees instead of fake, uneducated, disrespectful, cowardly employees that are seemingly allowed to go to a tenants home that is current on rent to harrass them.
My advice, do yourself a favor and do NOT rent any apartment with them.
R R Realty does not deserve your rent. Save your money for a reputable company that cares about their

This company has to really clean your their act, My experience with your properties was horrible, I was shown two properties that were not clean, The front and back yards of the properties were not cleaned, The tenants who left the properties left all kinds of garbage when they left and no one cleaned up the garbage before showing, The smell of stale cigarette smoke hite when I first walked in both the doors of the properties, As if it was embetted in the walls and a fresh coat of paint was never applied, The property of 38 Collins street which is posted on Zillow and Trulia is listed for 1,100

I am a TENANT and have been for 5+ years now, This company is by far THE BEST ONE in town!!! They are soo professional and very understanding! They've helped me in so many ways possible. They give great advice when needed and their apartments are so beautiful, most are refurbished! I just LOVE how ALL the employees there work as a team! Special thanks to a lady named Cherry! She never gave up on helping me and my daughter find the right place that suits our needs. Springfield needs more Renting companies such as this one :)

This is probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
A woman named Cherry was texting with me. She agreed to an 11am viewing of a property knowing I was driving up from New York (2.5 hours) as well as having told her I was pregnant (7 months to be exact) so the drive is far from comfortable.
I had messaged her the day before asking if we could move it to 5pm and she never responded so not wanting to lose the appointment I headed out there from NY at 8am. I text her on the way to let her know traffic was building up and I would be there closer to 11.30am and if it was a major

Horrible company. They’re all about money. They take forever to fix the simplest of things. I’m still waiting for work to be done in my apartment that was ordered months and I’m literally mean months ago. When they do decide to fix something they pop up at random times. But the minute housing is involved then they start to do stuff. AVOID THE HEADACHES AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
