I can't say enough good things about this company, their employees, and their owner. Our job was definitely one of the more challenging ones - very low crawlspace - dark, dirty, damp, and filled with lots of old pipes, plastic, old insulation, and cardboard. What they did was turn it into a clean, bright, sealed, dry space. And got rid of the mold. Yes, I added a few lights which helped brighten it up. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to do the best job possible. Thanks B&RS! tom

We had 3 houses that needed basement work...damp crawl space and one with an unacceptable level of radon (it was 12 and anything above 4 is not good.) We interviewed 3 companies and hired BRS both on price estimate and the professionalism of the estimator/project manager. We were a little dismayed when the project manager moved out of town before the project even started but Rod, the owner, stepped in and said he would make sure everything happened as promised. And he did! This company is great! The crew was always on time and left the property in great shape...hauling away trash generated and

I was ashamed to show my crawlspace to anyone since it was flooded and in a very bad shape. Brad did not think it was a big deal. He said it is all fixable. 4 weeks later, he sent his crew and in 2 days, I had a brand new crawlspace, clean and dry. They all were very professional, respectful and very polite. The price was not cheap but reasonable. I think Basement and Radon Solutions help to increase the value of my house.
