We will travel to the realtor's office or lender's office upon request. We can also close at the customer's home when necessary. We are willing to do whatever it takes to meet our customer's needs and assure that the closing takes place in a timely manner.

Esquire Title Services, Inc., formerly known as Wiles Title Agency, opened its doors in 1983 and began serving the community from our downtown office location. The agency began to grow and in addition to hiring more employees the main location was moved from downtown to northeast Columbus in the Corporate Exchange office complex.
We work directly with the lender to assure a closing occurs quickly and smoothly. We have been able to provide guidance in the areas of financing, sale and acquisition, and commercial and residential transactions. We believe our extreme customer loyalty and professionalism play a key role in a successful real estate closing.
Celebrating 36 years working at Esquire Title Services; enjoys working directly with clients and meeting parties at the closing table; enjoys problem solving and handling complicated real estate transactions, previously worked in the legal field prior to joining Esquire Title. Cathy enjoys working with the clerical aspect of the title industry, preparing policies and handling general office duties.

If the sellers/owners obtained owner's title insurance less than 10 years ago we are able to give a discount of 30% on the new owner's title insurance policy when a copy of Schedule A and Schedule B from the OWNERS TITLE INSURANCE POLICY is provided to us.
