I have a contracting business and flip about 8 homes a year. We have a title company that we use regularly, but in this case the buyers insisted we use their friend’s title company. Even though this should have still been a fairly standard transaction we still explained the slightly increased complexity of doing the transaction as a business to both the buyer and the title agent that was handling the closing. The people at Great American are, well..great! Obviously competence is the most important aspect of any service especially one as complicated as home closings. There is so much going on it requires a great amount of trust on the part of the seller and buyer. The folks at Great American are extremely competent and trustworthy. We closed on a sale and a purchase about a month apart and both couldn’t have been smoother. They are also a friendly group and do their best to make you feel at home.

I've been in the mortgage lending industry for 15 years and so I've had to work with a number of different title companies. Great American Title consistently provides excellent service in a timely manner. Most recently, I had a client that was refinancing and we were in the final stages of obtaining loan approval.
