PM Construction builds substandard homes with Windermere Broker, Jason Loeb. He does not uphold signed contracts, we have water intrusion and penetration around windows and decking with undisclosed code violations and numerous construction defects. PM Construction refused to correct these defects that expert inspections and reports have total up to $70,000 for repairs.
