This company is a fraud with overcharges. Terrible bookkeepers that have very little clue what the truth is. This company was hired by a roofer that our condo association hired to do
The work. The roofer disagreed agreed with there charges apparently and didn’t pay in full so they tried to sue myself who is the president of the association and the roofer. I can understand the roofer but to sue the president of the association Is completely unethical. Today we had the hearing with the magistrate (on zoom)and he chastised oceanside for the unethical behavior displayed by this company After hearing

Oceanside responded to my evening phone call regarding a leak at my home on the Cape within an hour. Joe Kennedy came out the next morning, took pictures and helped me understand and navigate the insurance process and next steps--his expertise was invaluable during this difficult and challenging home issue. Joe sent Brad and Jose to come tear out the portion of the ceiling that was showing mold and water damage and Joe also came to take pictures of the demolition for insurance. Brad and Jose were professional, expeditious, and extra careful in removing the crown molding so that it can be used again
