Providing guidance, suggestions, & education, you will focus on the sustainability & maintenance of your diet plan in Westchester NY. All trainers are certified and highly experienced in the area of exercise education, tailoring your program to fit your lifestyle. We even offer fat loss programs online!

Weekly sessions with a nutrition coach explore the emotional and conditional reasons why you over-eat. Our team consists of the top Westchester nutrition consultants. Non pathological weight gain is not a result of any one single factor or condition. It is a combination of physical cravings (including certain food addictions), psychological factors and environmental triggers.

Our Mission is to facilitate dietary and behavioral changes necessary in order to achieve desired levels of weight loss and health management. This Program identifies each individual's weight loss obstacles and provides personalized strategies to overcome them! The unique behavioral piece of this program is what sets us apart from all the rest.
Upon the start of your 12 week program, you will be introduced to your team and receive guidelines and schedules for your custom program. You are monitored daily by the unique Katonah Program logging system (via online daily log submissions.)

Throughout the 12 week program, you will receive additional support services including suggestions for dining out, food recipes, and preparation help that is tailored to your individual choices and health conditions.Additional support can also include hypnosis and coordination with other health care providers when necessary.
The biggest difference between our program and all other weight loss systems is our attention to the psychological and emotional aspects of treatment. Our inclusion of licensed clinical social workers to explore the psychological and emotional aspects of individual weight loss struggles. The mind is an exceptionally powerful part of our body.
Certain time frames have been shown to have an significant impact on human behavior and development. The 12-week benchmark is a measure of time which seems to be particularly common among human beings. We are told that the first 12 weeks of any pregnancy is critical in determining fetal viability. The fetus requires 12 weeks to fully develop the placenta, which provides the nutrients required for healthy growth.
The ways in which certain conditions, situations, or other people impede our ability to lose weight. The two most effective ways to maintain a healthy weight are by eating right and by exercising regularly. Many people know this, but few know how to successfully "do" this. There is no magic bullet.

The Katonah Program is an individually tailored weight loss and healthy living program that works. As it states, you can lose 10 lbs in 12 weeks, healthfully and with the support of a personal team. After having children I never really got back to my healthiest weight and as I aged it became more and more difficult to lose those extra pounds. I would lose them but slowly they would creep back on. I was intrigued by the holistic approach of the Katonah program which evaluated not only a client’s diet/nutrition knowledge and exercise habits but also any psychological impediments to healthy eating

The Katonah Program is by far the best weight loss program out there! Never have I had such great results ... and I have still been able to keep my pounds off. The whole staff is beyond helpful and the make you feel like family. The approach is so unique as you tackle your eating habits, exercise habits and your mental approach to weight loss. I would highly recommend this program as it is a complete lifestyle change that you will be able to stick to and feel great doing!!
