If you have any kind of event, from a luncheon to a formal dinner, I wouldn't hesitate one second to hire Erica. My husband is a chef and we had many food professionals at our wedding, so it was important to us that the food be outstanding. Erica and her company delivered in every possible way. We specialize in creating custom menus for your wedding reception.
Enjoy creative, freshly prepared meals Wednesday evenings with a new, exciting menu each week. Our Dinner to Go feeds up to 4 people. Typically included is a salad, bread, entree and two sides as well as dessert. Prices range from $40-$60. Payment is due at pick up and can be made by cash or credit card.

We used Erica Marie's for our Mother's day celebration. I couldn't have been more happy. The food was all amazing, it was packaged nicely and had no drop in quality even after warming in the over for an hour or so. The french toast was to die for! We will absolutely using Erica Marie's in the future.

This was a wonderful meal. I could smell the split pea soup as soon as the bag was placed in my car. The turkey and cranberry grilled pannini was delicious. The salad was fantastic. Ahhh the cheese bread too and pecan bars!! I will definitely order here again. Thank you to all who helped prepare this wonderful meal.

Erica Marie catered our September wedding for 120 guests at the Vacaville Opera House. We still talk about her delicious food four months later. The ingredients and food combinations are so fresh and delightful, and Erica and her staff are so incredibly skilled and professional.

My husband set everything up for the wedding, so I don't have many details, but it seemed like everything was very easy. He said they were good to work with and helped him to pick out the side dishes and things we would need for our wedding reception July 2018. They delivered promptly at the time we requested and all the food tasted great. They sent us a nice thank you card afterwards.

Absolutely outstanding dinners. We have never had one undesirable bite. Valentine's Dinner was perfect. If we were having a larger event, this would be our first choice for catering. We were introduced to this service when a friend brought dinner to us after I had surgery. The scrumptious dinner helped my healing process. Can't wait for our next dinner.

My first time picking up food from Erica Marie's. The salad was amazing. The split pea soup was the best I have ever eaten and the crust on the lemon bars was heavenly. I love to eat and I love good food. Erica Marie's did not disappoint. I just became a new loyal customer. Presentation was off the charts. I took a photo but it was blurry. Erica recently catered an event for me... not only was she quick in responding and really reasonably priced, but her food was absolutely delicious! It was so nice to serve fresh, elegant food instead of the standard deli tray. Erica and her staff were all super friendly and professional. I'm so relieved I found her; She absolutely made the day perfect!

We wanted an excellent chef and caterer to help with our 30th Anniversary Luau. Chef Erica knows what she is doing. Excellent Chef and easy to work with. Her professionalism and talents allowed us to really enjoy our celebration. Loved her suggestion of a luau themed dinner. From A-Z Erica did it all and we were thankful we could trust her. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Erica and her talented catering company. Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, but the planning process leading up to the wedding was so fun!! Erica really gives you the creative freedom to make your menu as unique as your wedding. I attended a few wine appreciation classes at UC Davis and Erica was the caterer for lunch during the classes. Wow! The food was absolutely amazing! Some examples were butternut squash pasta, unique salads, and perfect little bites for dessert. I only wish I still lived up north so I could hire her all the time!
