Rates exclude licensed work for permitable issues. Here at Bayshore Handyman, your work is valuable and it will not be handed to anyone other then our trusted employees or business partners. You will not pay the final payment until you are completely satisfied and all work meets or exceeds industry standard requirements.
If you are a repeat customer or live close there is no problem coming out for a FREE estimate. The "construction estimate" service has become very abusive and we feel it is not profitable to chase new customers who live more then 10 miles away from our area unless they are committed to using our service.
Our warranty policy is in effect from start to finish and beyond. During the work we encourage our customers to examine our work and ask questions. We encourage a walk through at the end of the job to show all the work performed and address any concerns related to the work. Upon your satisfaction and final payment the warranty policy stays in effect.

Anything and everything you need done around your house, look no further! This local and family owned business really does it all. We’ve had Tim and his team work on several projects for us including hanging artwork, installing ceiling fans, hanging hooks, installing a cat door and assembling furniture. When you ask - can you do this? The answer is ALWAYS a resounding YES! The team works both thoroughly and very efficiently and are a true pleasure to talk with and get to know.
