Top Floors is a great and dependable company. Abby, in particular, is tbe ultimate in being professional, communicating, and making sure the work is completed. She helped us coordinate our choice of carpeting for our stairs and sent out dependable contractors that did quality work. A five star company experience!

Highly recommend Top Floors! Last week they pulled the carpet out of my boat in the cabin and out in hardwood flooring. We are very pleased and satisfied. Thomas was very great to work with from start to finish. The project was done on a weekend when we were on a weekend getaway and even sent us pictures of the dnd result! Thank-you Top Floors!

Top Floors did a good job on my whole house flooring replacement and backsplash job. They got the products I wanted and offered reasonable alternatives, however, they charge a 3% service fees for any payment made by credit or debit cards.
I found their work to be prompt and of good quality but I was really disappointed when my final bill ($13,000.) also included 3% service fee because i didn't pay in cash or by check.
I really don't see how Top Floors can explain why they apply a service charge to cover the cost of typing my debit card number into a computer. Electronic payment
