Insurance Group of the Ozarks started in 2000 with the intent of taking the confusion and complexity of Medicare (over age 65 insurance plans) and simplifying it. We saw a direct need for seniors in Southwest Missouri to have someone represent THEM to the Insurance companies, rather than have them sort through the complex transition from Private or Group Health insurance and retirement, to Medicare, on their own.

The professional staff here makes you feel completely welcome and at home. On a recent visit, I was promptly greeted at the front desk with sincere smile and had very little wait time to talk with Angie. Every staff member and agent were personable. As they went about their day they took time to greet me as well. Angie has extensive knowledge in her field and was able to walk me through what I feel is a very personal and delicate process. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Whatever your concerns are, they will do there best to help you. We seniors have lots of concerns when it comes to our Health Insurance and our medical needs. The Insurance Group of the Ozarks has been there for me every year when it comes time to see what coverage best fits my needs. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
