Can't say enough about this class & our instructor Crystal! I'd been looking for an "in-person" prep-course for my Sales Associate Licensing & stumbled across Premier. The class was exactly what I needed to ace the Exam! I went home Sunday night after two days of learning at Premier & PASSED my test! The proof is in the pass! If you’re looking for the place to fully understand the material presented in the Real estate course this is your class. Instructor Crystal was the best, she was very knowledgeable and willing to help understand the material in any way. I drove 4 hours round trip each day to take this course, and very glad I did.

I can't say enough about this school, I was a little hesitant at first because they were more reasonable than the other Real Estate schools in the area. But after the first day I was really impressed with the knowledge that Crystal brought to the class. She seemed to be very well knowable about Real Estate and Real Estate law. With that said, I passed the class test with little problem. I'm now awaiting to take my state exam. Thanks again Crystal for your personal touch and dedication.

If I could give negative stars I would. After reading so many reviews about the instructor Richard. I felt positive about attending. Just my luck I get the instructor Crystal. From Day 1 I wanted to request a refund. I would have a question I would hold my hand up as long as I could remember my question. I just give up, because she never wanted to answer me. I will say she knows the material but not enough to engage students on how to know and retain what's being taught. Out of 19 chapters we finished and quizzed that one on the last final test day so after cramming new material for a week and

Today, I felt fully inclined to leave a 5 star review to this school. I completed and passed the course last week and I am currently studying for my state exam. To my surprise, the school's rating had dropped due to one disgruntled student from my cohort. Now, I don't normally do this but because I was in the same class as the person who left one star and had the same instructor (whom they blamed for their failure), I felt that I needed to leave a comprehensive class review as unbiased as I possibly can be.

I highly recommend Premier Real Estate School of Tampa for your classes but specially the 6.00 pm class with Richard Stone because he is a great instructor and focused making sure you make the most of your course, and learn all you need to know to pass the class and estate exam. I signed up for Premier Real Estate School of Tampa after attempting to study for the state exam for several months on my own. This school made the learning process quite easy and I was able to retain far more information than trying to study on my own. Richard Stone is a great instructor and shares stories of his own experiences which makes for a more practical learning experience. If you are considering a career in real estate, I would absolutely recommend this school. I was able to take the state exam with confidence and passed immediately following the conclusion of this course.

I am very glad I choose Premier Real Estate School. It is a very positive environment with great staff. The instructor Richard has years of experience in Real Estate and uses every opportunity to share it with his students. There is a lot of information to cover so you do not want to be rushed. This is not a "rush you out the door type of school", the instructor and staff really like what they do, and they are good at it. The State Real Estate Exam has a 51% pass rate and this school makes sure you are prepared. Everyone is my small class of 6 was very happy with the school.
