Day-to day-operations, owner relations, and growth are handled by a skilled team of professionals with a combined 50 years of commercial real estate and business experience. The Aspen Property Management team has a combined 100 years of experience, and are all licensed professionals in the State of California.
Aspen Management offers a Full Service property management package as one of its options for its California clients. This might require a little bit of an explanation; many national firms offer what we like to call "asset management" service. They don't spend a lot of time on-site. They aren't very personal, or hands-on.
If you own a property in southern California, and you like the idea of a responsible, go-get-'em firm handling your management and maintenance issues, Aspen has you covered. What makes Aspen Management stand out is the customer service that I have received from the office. Layla definitely stands out. She is on point and very attentive. I would get a call back or a reply via email fairly quickly. None of which were emergencies. Then I am sure that they would've responded even faster. You can't expect people to drop what they are doing when you know that they assist more than just one person at a time.

Loved working with Aspen...Layla Vitale made choosing and working out the details of my new office space so easy. I really feel like the entire office team is on my side and take such good care of us. It made me feel very comfortable being in a building managed by Aspen - and Layla is always available. Its like all she does is work for her tenants!! Love them!
