Very poor customer service does not stand behind there work and does not honor warranty of there product our service cheap material.will not return phone calls have to hire another company to fix there work I do not recommend.

Renier and his team are true professionals. The quote was sent quickly and pricing was fair. They were on schedule throughout the process and the workmanship was outstanding.

Unbelievably poor customer service from Renier and his company. I can't comment on the quality of his work, as I haven't even had the opportunity of having the awnings installed. I reached out to Renier 4 weeks ago inquiring about an estimate for awnings at my home. At this point in time, he and his staff were very attentive. I received a quote, and upon receiving the quote asked for an updated quote based on different materials. This quote again, came in without any headaches. Since that moment almost 2 weeks ago, Renier nor his staff have answered OR returned my calls/texts/emails. Renier ignores

Just had them install my awning. I have to say I wasn’t 100 percent happy so they took the whole thing down fixed it. I couldn’t be happier. They were so polite and wanted me to be happy. Highly recommend this company

We were pleased with the service and quality provided by Reinier and his workers. We did have a minor flaw shortly after installation, which he promptly came to repair.
However, I now have a second issue where the rain water is bunching up in the valance and causing a bubble. I am afraid it will burst and tear the fabric due to the accumulation and weight of the water.
After several attempts by phone, my husband sent a text to Reinier and Reiner confirmed that he would come by yesterday (May 23rd) between 11am and 2pm to fix the problem. My husband waited for him and Reiner never showed nor
