I'm giving this rating solely based on my customer service experience. I first reached out to Awning Florida on July 02. After more then 20 text messages and a couple of emails showing the site plans for the sun sails and awning I wanted Rey finally decided to come out on August 14.
We discussed the location of the sun sails / awning, I asked him if he was going to measure (which he didn't, he didn't even come with a tape measure) and he responded "no I got it" then proceeded to leave.

Awning Florida was awesome. They quoted me the most affordable price out of all the other companies in Miami and I got over 10 quotes. He came to my house, measured and in about 2 weeks my awning was up. Other companies were charging a lot more and I would had to wait between 2-6 months for installation. My awning fits perfectly and it looks beautiful. Great company and I highly recommend them. Affordable, quick and professional!
