We could not have had a better home buying experience than we had working with Rick! His communication was great; as first time homebuyers we had tons of questions, and Rick was always available by text or phone to answer them. Rick doesn't sugar-coat things, he is direct and honest so that you have the information necessary to make the decisions that are right for you. Rick and his partner Nicole (also great!) were able to work with our schedule to show us all the homes we wanted to see on the weekends, since we lived out of town. They were good at pointing out pros and cons about different houses

We have worked with Rick for years and have recommended him to family and friends. At this point, it would be difficult to work with any other realtor because we have come to rely on Rick's market knowledge and blunt honesty. The honesty part is huge, I don't want to waste time with someone telling me what they think I want to hear. I have noticed that despite Rick's knowledge of the market, he takes time to listen to us.
