I took my phone is repair because it was randomly was shutting down.
I payed the $40 diagnosis fee, a full diagnosis was not done ,but a new battery was put in , I took my phone back to the Rohnert Park shop and they didn't look into the problem the young lady just ordered a new battery to replace the new one they had just put in.
There is a 30 day warranty , but when I picked my phone up I was told if it didn't work it must be something else. Nothing more was done.
I was out $80.00 for them to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with my phone.

Usually I bring my wife’s iPad or iPone in and have the screens replaced, this last time it was my iPhone. To make a long story short my phone hit the asphalt at about 60 mph and exploded. Brought what was left of it in with wires sticking out in hopes to just recover some data. Kris was somehow able to replace/fix the camera and screen! It’s been a couple weeks and my iPhone 11 works, feels and looks like brand new. I would absolutely recommend them every time. Thank you MyCellRepair!

When I 1st went in the phone was repaired. A week later the screen started lifting so I pushed it down and the corner of the screen cracked. I went in to see if he would replace it because it was still under the 30 day warranty, and he said he won't do it because the screen was cracked. They charge me $200 won't change it worst place

Gave my iPad a bath-- by mistake. After three days in rice, it came back to life, but the screen had lines. Took it to Chris and he replaced the screen. Oops! That one didn't work right, so he kept it a few more days and popped in a new one. That one worked. While he had it open, he ferreted out the corrosion and cleaned it up. iPad works like new. The savior of waterlogged iPads. That's Chris!!

They immediately diagnosed and fixed my headphone jack which had mysteriously started rejecting the plug. Turns out hay had gotten in there because I keep my phone in my pocket when I feed my horses. Only in Petaluma...

Excellent service by Christie. Repaired my cracked screen in one hour for a fair price after multiple ATT assurion no shows by their mobile screen repair partner.
Christie patiently helped me pick out a new case and screen protector too so I will be protected if I drop it again. I was out of the store exactly when she said I would be.

This is the 2nd time I was just about to put my iPhone 6plus in the trash. Both times I brought my phone into Chris at my iphone repair.
Chris was able to help me immediately. He resolved my issue each time very quickly and he is also honest and transparent with very fair pricing!

Saw a sidewalk display board that said BROKEN cell screen while in downtown Petaluma. WHAT PERFECT TIMING!
I had just dropped my phone the day prior and totally shattered my screen. Let me say that I'm not that normally clumsy as I've had cell phones since they were the size of shoe-boxes and have never broke one yet.........
As we entered the store I was immediately greeted by Chris with a sincere desire to help. He gave my phone a quick glance and gave me a "I can have this back to you in 45 minutes!" I gave him the green light and sure enough he was

After trying 4 times to get the parts to replace my broken RETURN key on the Logitech keyboard for my iPad I finally got the RIGHT one. Rather than fool with it myself, I went My iPhone Repair. Chris arm wrestled it into shape,, tweaked some bent hooks, and installed the new key. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. And he charged me a minimal amount of cash for the whole thing.

Just like the other reviews say -- fast, friendly service with a low price tag. Getting my iPhone SE screen replaced was easy and only $63 with the Yelp checkin offer.
Chris was super helpful when I had an unrelated battery issue afterwards. He remembered me by name, and his team was prepped on my issue to follow up. (There's a 30-day warranty.) I also like that they're located in a pleasant downtown location.
