Walked in with a recently water-damaged phone. Phone was dried off with a heat gun while discussing affordable options if repair were needed. Phone works fine again. My time and property were both highly respected. And no charge for the help. I'll be sure to return if I have any other phone trouble.

They were not able to fix the phone, but I would use them again because they communicated and persisted, exhausting all reasonable options. Plus - after having spent all that time trying to help - I was not charged because the problem was not fixed. Good business practices and a quick way to add a loyal customer.

I wanted a samsung battery or a high end battery for my samsung S8active, the battery that was replaced was a 4 years old original, when new would last 24 hours easily with heavy use, never overheated, while in use or charge, this brand new piece of junk is so bad my phone overheats charging or being used, battery barely last 6 hours which is nuts..my phone never overheated till i went to them. i had to delete all but one game on my phone, and put to sleep most of my apps in fear my phone will explode or crash due to overheating. I explicidly told them what type of battery i needed for that phone

I was in town visiting Sonoma when, I unfortunately dropped my phone facedown on the concrete. My screen went black and I wasn’t sure what to do. The next day I reached out to a shop in Sonoma and they directed me to Petaluma Wireless. They were able to fix my screen within 45 minutes and send me on my way. I can’t remember the man’s name who fixed my phone, but I told him when I left that he had made my weekend and I wasn’t lying. Thank you for your help!

Amazing service. I brought my LG G5 in after it wouldn't turn on, and he swapped out the power button, even going far as trying two extra parts just to make sure. Even though he couldn't get it working, he only charged me for labor. Later that day, I tried one last time to turn the phone on and it came alive long enough to transfer all the data I would have otherwise lost. Can't thank him enough! 100% would go back for future phone issues.

My mother's cell phone died last week, just before her 79th birthday. Petaluma Wireless was the only local phone repair shop that was willing to attempt to fix my Nexus 6P. They replaced the battery twice, and even tried to replace the charging port before declaring it officially dead due to the motherboard. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely communicative and kind, even though I know that the job was a true pain! Thank you Petaluma Wireless for attempting to fix my phone, and for your great attitude the whole time. I would definitely come back to them for future phone repairs.

Honestly im extremely satisfied I dropped my phone at work shattered the screen didn't feel like getting a new phone so I looked up iPhone repair got a quote like in Less then half an hour and the novato location was only a mile away from my job i was able to just drop it off on my break came back in my lunch and was like straight almost brand new the man that helped me was name Loui I believe thats how you spell it and he did a real good job even gave me a screen saver thanks again

Another fabulous and painless experience with this shop (our 3rd screen replacement). The screen they replaced on my daughter's iphone 7 this time was FAAARRR superior to the one we had replaced less than a month earlier at One Stop Screen Repair in the Santa Rosa Plaza mall. Why did I even BOTHER with that place?!?! Avoid that place like the plague, and go here instead! These guys are quick, helpful, and use top-notch, high-quality products.
