Phoenix Mechanical Contracting, Inc. was founded in 1983. Our office is located in Natick, Massachusetts. We furnish and install Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Over the past three decades, Phoenix has successfully completed over two thousand projects in the New England area.
We service all of Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. We are experienced in fast-track projects. Historically, up to twenty percent of our annual volume is done on a design/build basis. We are involved in many other projects where we affect the HVAC design and cost through value engineering or by working closely with the consulting engineer in a design and assist role.

Our coordination team develops precision 2D or 3D coordination drawings, and can execute clash detection with pin-point accuracy. We maintain a high level of proficiency in all of the industry's current leading software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. We are also experienced with laser scanning technologies.
