Premier exceeded my expectations on an especially frustrating day! I had just hitched the camper and packed the family in our van for a weekend trip. When I closed my van window, it fell out of the track and clunked down to the bottom of the door. I couldn't get it back up. Naturally, it started raining about 10 minutes later!
After calling multiple locations, Premier said they were busy but could still look at it that day. When I brought the van in, they pulled it into the garage immediately to get it out of the rain and started working. They offered me a ride back to my house two or three times

Kind and honest guys. If you're looking for a go-to shop for your vehicle, this is it. They care and they are honest and explain the issues with your vehicle. Fair prices too. I've even received follow up calls to make sure everything is going well with my car. We've taken both vehicles here for several years and won't change that any time soon!

When I first got my license I went to the same place my dad did. They were honest and flexible. Yep hey had some ups and downs and eventually had to close due to the owners health (cancer). So I needed a new place... I checked google and tried a few places before this one... and honestly, this was the one. Nothing against the other places, but they left me feeling like another invoice/customer. Not here. In fact, my first introduction to them was randomly stopping by with my car for an issue with the tires/suspension. Their mechanic looked at my car, asked whether I planned to do any major highway

Honest business. Fair prices. Knowledgeable, professional and kind employees. Phenomenal work! It's beyond rare to find all of these attributes in any business let alone an auto body repair shop. It certainly was a first for me and when I picked up my perfectly repaired vehicle, I drove away knowing that the price paid was both honest and fair.

Excellent Customer Service and 'stand by' their work.
Many companies say they 'stand by' their work. Premier Auto Body truly does. Last fall, they replaced the front brakes on my vehicle. Recently, I was hearing a 'rubbing' noise when backing out of my garage each morning. I took the vehicle in for it's routine oil change and asked the service technician to check the brakes to see if something was wrong. They did not find anything wrong when attempting to recreate the issue I was hearing. Hence, they asked if I would be interested in leaving the vehicle over night and they check the brakes first

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. The fees are about average for the industry. Even if we have discount coupons for other shops we will always take our vehicles to Premier. They always seem to go above and beyond what other shops do and they work to educate why it may be a good idea/necessary to get service done on the car. I trust them to repair and keep the vehicle safe for my family.

Reasonable prices, attention to detail, and the best customer service that I've ever received from an auto repair shop. Brian and his team are always attentive to our needs. They continually provide excellent customer service and don't overcharge you for the services that you need. I trust them completely with our repairs and maintenance on our Dodge Grand Caravan.
