I recently moved to Spring Hill. I am a diabetic patient. I had a wound on my left foot and went to Dr. Gannon on Thursday. Every diabetic needs to know a good podiatrist. Gannon is extremely skillful and has a brilliant medical mind. I received excellent treatment. The instruments were all sterilized, the office was spotlessly clean and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient.

I absolutely love Dr. Poole and his staff! From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted with a smile from his receptionist. Although I didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Poole the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Once, I was in my room Dr. Poole took his time and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. I didn’t feel rushed at all and truly feel like he cared about my well being! I can’t speak for Dr. Gannon but I highly recommended Dr. Poole.

Would go with -1 if I can. Dr Gannon probably spent 5 min with my son, and suggested he needs to have insole custom built for his feet.
we went there for insole making in early july, and we are still "waiting" for the insole (late Oct now). For the past 3-4 months, I called them many many time, and they've never called me back. They have all kinds of excuses but just won't call me back or let me know when I can pick it up my insole.
updated on 01/11/2021. We finally got my son's insole (around 01/04/2021). They re-measured my son't feet since it has been many months of delay. They apologized

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Gannon. She came in and looked at my foot very quickly and said I needed to wear a boot and get laser treatments for a fracture. After the allotted time, my foot was the exact same and she quickly said I needed to extend my expensive treatment. Got a second opinion and was diagnosed with arthritis, not a fracture. I am mostly disappointed because I feel the laser treatments were a scam to get money. Also, the receptionist was very rude.

I read the reviews on this office and was impressed.....however I called them two weeks ago for issues with my feet and finally got a call from this office today. If I had waited for this office to respond I'm not sure what shape my feet would have been in. If your too busy for apps at least have the common courtesy to let people know.
I have snice found a Dr. that is caring and has taken care of my foot issues. And I saw him 2 weeks ago after a return call from his office same day.It's a shame your office is run this way.:(

All of the the staff was pleasant and I had an ingrown toenail and Dr. Pool was quick and for me it was painless (He did numb my toe) and He did say I may have some pain afterwords, but I didn't. I was able to drive my self home. After I had it done I didn't walk much so that may have helped me not to have any pain. I did take Advil afterwords and though out the next day just in case. I found it easy to communicate with Dr. Pool. The bad thing is He is only able to do one procedure at a time due to the way their office is set up for Health Insurance.

The customer service is thru the roof! My boyfriend went here for pain in his foot and ankle and was diagnosed with gout. He had a bad flare on a Friday, not during business hours. I gave it a shot and left a message with the oncall machine. A nurse, Elisa, called me back quickly and was helpful all day and many phone calls as we figured out treatment to get him thru the weekend. Thank you so much.

Dr. Poole is a genius! Came in with pain, left feeling great, the fasciitis was gone by the time I got to my car, felt like running back in and getting another shot in the other foot. Had a long time ankle injury, been bothering me for years, like 20+, one shot and the ankle never felt better.
Professional, informative, concerned and genuine, everything you could ever want in a doctor. Highly recommend this facility. Very short wait time, just awesome! It doesn't get any better than this, when your feet hurt, everything hurts, never felt so good! They need more stars for this facility, 5 is not

My husband went to see Dr. Gannon for a toe fungus. They set up a second appt to talk about the results. When he arrived for the appt they did a PAD test to check the blood flow in his leg and did not talk to him about the results from the previous visit. When we heard nothing 4 weeks later, I called to get the results. I was told the doctor/nurse would call him that day to give him the results. No call! I called again today to say that we had still not heard anything and was told he should have gotten the results on his last visit. I, again, said he did not get the results nor a phone call from
