A company that is completely disorganized, uncaring and just plain awful at service. I ordered 5 awnings on 2/15/18. guaranteed 8 week turnaround. it's now 6/19/18 and still waiting for the job to be completed. No form of explanation or even a call. Only time I get info is when I call to find out what's going on.

This company does GREAT work. The workmanship of the actual awnings is top notch. Martin Welch is amazing! He is conciencious, honest and a real asset to the company. The technicians are also great. The administrative staff leaves much to be desired as they are inefficient at scheduling the technicians and in following up with the customer .
