When I first started clariSEA, I searched out a contract manufacturer to make the original cleanser, scrub and mask because I didn't know how. I quickly learned that we wouldn't have as much control over the formulas as we wanted! Contract manufacturers usually have a certain type of base that they use for cleansers, moisturizers, creams, etc. and then they just tweak little things here and there for your brand.
