I love to design hair styles and custom color for my clients. The moment I live for is when I've finished and I can see how good my client feels because they look amazing. My clients trust me to recommend styles and color based on their lifestyle. What a great salon! I picked it because I saw the signs saying it was COVID safe. First of all, Alexis gave me a fantastic hair-cut. I could not be happier. Everyone was super attentive and polite, and yes, they were cleaning and sanitizing constantly. I've finally found my permanent salon!

Diana is the most welcoming receptionist and has client relation skills that are so refreshing to experience. Such a friendly and family oriented salon, the entire team not only does a phenomenal job on every service, they are as professional as they come. Esperanza has curated one of the most well run salons I’ve ever experienced.
Alexis’ Balayage skills are off the charts.

I have been going to this salon for close to 2 years...my hair was dull..dry and suffering from a bad haircut! Esperanza carefully reviewed my situation and gave me expert advice and the best haircut ..now my hair is back to life and shiny with volume and health. Diana who manages the booking of appointments is sweet..and extremely polite who works hard to accommodate your appointment needs.

Esperanza Salon has provided my family and I top notch service for over eight years. She regularly cuts both my and my husband's hair and now even cuts our children's hair. Every time, we all receive a fantastic haircut and more importantly, a great experience with her and her wonderful staff. My husband and I both use several of her products. I am always skeptical and nervous about trying new places (especially for a hair cut!). This was my first time going to Esperanza's salon. First off, everyone there is extremely friendly and welcoming, so I felt very comfortable there. In the beginning, I showed Esperanza a picture of the type of hair cut I wanted and explained to her some other details. I had no problem with the way my hair was washed or while it was being cut. However, I was the slightest disappointed because my hair was cut a little shorter than I wanted. Nonetheless I was satisfied with my visit and would have no problem

I may have been here only twice by recommendation of a friend. My hair was styled by the owner herself a few months back. Her ability is that of a great! Despite that, I may have encountered occurrences on the condescending person she is to her employees. A woman who is not of all good with her workers, is not a good worker herself. I say she may have to adjust herself to empowerment.

I have been utilizing the services of this salon for several years. Color, cuts, keratin, highlights, facials, brow care. They do all of these services well and treat their customers with care and comfort. There are many small touches that other salons do not understand nor provide. Esperanza and her staff are very well educated in paying attention to the details. Brava!

Had a very disappointing experience at Esperanza. For some reason when I left the salon, after a simple wash and blow dry, my hair appeared markedly thinner and flatter. I do not know what products were used and whether I had a bad reaction to their custom products, but my hair has still not recovered from this visit.

After trying countless products to wear my hair curly, especially in hot, humid weather I reluctantly tried yet another product, Esperanza's Amazon Potion. I had little faith it would produce good results, but I'd try it. I had to be in Myrtle Beach, 95 degrees and incredibly humid, the perfect test. This product beat all my expectations. My curls are defined, controlled, and my hair is soft, not dry. I love this stuff! Thank you Esperanza!

I recently found them to use as a blowout bar. First time was wonderful. Peaceful. Thoroughly delightful. So I went again. A week later and had a different person. This one cost $10 more because if her "experience". It was terrible. Now, I'm tall. And I have curly hair. I do my best to shrink in the chair to help out the tech but there is only so much I can do. The only thing I kept hearing from this woman was how I was too tall and my hair was difficult to blow out. And that was between her scalding my scalp. Really?? Because if it was so easy, why would I pay someone else to do

Went in blind for the very first time yesterday and all I can say is, "WHAT AN EXPERIENCE". It was the best 3 salon hours I ever had and I have been to a few different salons locally. My appointment was with Veronica who did my highlights and my haircut. She is a hidden national treasure! She was excellent. Carlos who is the manager was amazing as well. Catered to all my needs and treated me like Im royalty from start to finish...(and even though we went past the regular salon hours, I never felt rushed). SO to sum it up, Veronica exceeded expectations and the overall salon service &

The place is very well decorated and maintained but thats about it. The staff is dismissive and unnattentive. I asked for a simple cut but the stylist decided to surprise me with what she thought would look good on me. It does not. I gave her very specific directions and yet she did not listen. Complete waste of time and money. For the money I paid I expected a lot more. Very unimpressed.
