Worst primary care I have ever had to deal with. When I moved to Lenoir City and switched to this doctor they refused to acknowledge any of my previous conditions without first seeing specialist (their specialist). Even though I have already spent the last 20 years of my life dialing in all my medications with my previous (and fantastic) primary care from where I use to live. Would not even refill my zoloft and welbutrin for months until I went through all their hoops. Then to top it off, my PCP no longer works as a PCP. So they want me to see a new PCP, which is a month long wait because I'm a

Used the walk in clinic and the np Daugherty saw me. She was great, thourough and led me in the right direction. I was so impressed that I decided to become a permanent patient and signed up to be seen. It took me a month to get in. I showed up today at 3:30 thinking I was on time. I was not, not3:30. They made me reschedule!! Only a few people waiting. I have a physician In Knoxville but this was closer to home and I was treated so well at the walk in clinic that I wanted to come here. I did not reschedule because 10 minutes is not extremely late but OBVIOUSLY they don’t need patients. I’ll

0 stars! Do not make the mistake of being seen at this office. I was misinformed since the minute I walked in what the max my bill could be. Then not informed on what test they were running and how much those would cost. Unnecessary test were done!! Then given my remaining balance prior to leaving and received a bill for twice that amount!! Aside from the cost issues the service is horrible! The nurse gave me attitude due to not being able to sit still as she stuck test up my nose or in my throat. I was not diagnosed correctly and ended up going into the ER a week later and that bill was half of

Something is very disconcerting! My records have been lost accordibg to Dr. Gibson. I had a positive result concerning my toxic screen! I've been a patient for about 8 years! Dr.Patel could not medicate my needs as a result! NEVER have I failed a screen! I asked for a second test but the lab nurse spilled my urine! NEVER EVER have I failed a drug test? I plan to visit another facility tommorrow and hopefully get resolution to this nightmare!
I have not heard from the owner of any assistance to my first review.
I have been sick with a unforgiving cough and nausea since September! My ER has sent

The first time I visited this clinic, we arrived on time and then waited an hour and a half before we were called to see the nurse.
The second time I was scheduled to visit- I called to say I was going to be 10 minutes late. I was told that if I was 10 minutes late - their policy says they must reschedule.
The third time I went, I was told to come 20 minutes before my appointment so they could update our information. We arrived on time- then waited 55 minutes before the nurse called us to update information. Then 25 minutes later, we saw the doctor.
The doctor and nurses are nice and take time
