Update: Tony Kelly Heating & AC has been extremely communicative and professional. Once they realized the initial miscommunication (which happened over a busy weekend), they responded immediately and worked quickly to rectify everything. Throughout the process, they continued to keep us up to date on needed repairs and timelines and respond quickly to our questions. I would now definitely recommend this company!

A big shout out to Thomas! He came in and did a fantastic job looking over our system and taking the time to explain everything he was doing and what he found. His knowledge, along with the tips he gave us to keep our system performing well, made us feel so much better. You just never know when buying a home with an older system.

My Trane Air Conditioner was making a lot of noise and I reached out to Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning via e-mail at 11pm. They responded first thing in the AM and was able to come in and check it out that afternoon. Not only were they prompt and on time, but they also were able to receive the part and fix it in a timely manner. I worked specifically with Robert. He was a great person to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the A/C Unit and descriptive . I am very thankful for him and this company with this Florida heat!

I needed emergency service for my air conditioning unit. This company sent someone out within the hour of my call. The customer service of the technician was outstanding, he quickly found and explained the issue. The problem was resolved immediately.
