It’s hard to overstate how good Intelligent Air is. I’ve known Justin for years. He is meticulous in installation and maintenance. He responds quickly to questions and service requests, and is genuinely knowledgeable. Reading the other reviews, they sound too good to be real. Believe me they’re not. In this day and age it’s really unusual to find there are still professionals like this.

Faced with an A/C problem as the temperatures hovered near 100 degrees, we needed help immediately. Justin agreed to come by the same day, despite his having spent the entire day in a steaming hot attic for another client. He fixed the problem, put in a temporary part, and then came back very quickly to replace the part with a permanent one. His demeanor, professionalism, and kindness were greatly appreciated.

When we needed to upgrade our system, did not hesitate to contact Intelligent Air, LLC. They have been my go to guys since we moved to the Havana area. Justin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and all around nice guy. He gave us unbiased information regarding which system would give us the most bang for our buck based on my allergies. It took 1 week in total to get the unit ordered, delivered and installed. Couldn't be happier with the service that Justin and Chris provided. I am super happy with our new unit and can already feel the difference in the air :)
