Yin Z. Liu, EAMP earned his Chinese medical degree from Liao Ning Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1993. He practiced at Tieling General Hospital in China as a physician and an acupuncturist for 8 years. He moved to Toronto, Canada in 2001 and practiced at Optimum Health Clinic as an acupuncturist.
Our clinic accepts Boeing insurance, L & I, Regence, Kaiser Permanente, First Choice, Premera, BlueCross BlueShield, LifeWise, United Health Care, Uniform, Aetna, Humana, HealthNet and many other health insurances. We also accept automobile accident insurance. Many health insurance companies now offer policies that include acupuncture benefits.
How to dress: Most patients can dress in their usual clothing for treatments. If the patient's clothing is too tight and/or inflexible, it may be necessary to change into a gown. Time to arrive: It is suggested that patients arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out preliminary paperwork.

I would never go any where else this dr and staff are amazing!!! I have gone here for years I literally no longer live with neck pain and over coming a broken neck from 15years ago I had headaches see I have been seeing this dr that pain has completely gone away I go in for maintance because it works so well!! My entire family goes here because there is no one else I have ever seen these results from!! Highly recommended!!
