Ibi and Fred helped my husband and I find our first home together during the pandemic. Ibi came highly recommended as she had worked with my husband and various in-laws. We found Ibi and Fred on Yelp when we started getting serious about buying a house (we are first time homebuyers). We love them, and would recommend them to anyone. They are literally always ready to talk to you, email with you, meet with you. They move fast! And we were complete newbies so we had about seven thousand dumb questions. They would sit with us and answer everything.
They seem to genuinely like what they do, and they were super knowledgable about the market. We would have NEVER gotten our house if they didn’t advise us.

The worst company ever. Don't deal with Lori. she's horrible at responding to your phone calls and or emails. She made it sound so easy and that there are no fees included. BUT it was all a lie. I will never deal with them ever again or recommend them to anyone. PLEASE PLEASE.....look some where else cause this company will not help you.
