Backed up kitchen drain - Friday morning..called Dash Drains- spoke with Chris( yes someone actually answered the phone) and he said someone will be out between 10-12pm and he provided an estimate for the job. Dave arrived at 10 am and explained and showed me what he was doing to fix the situation. It was done all fixed by 10:35 and the same price as the estimate- which was reasonable. Professional, efficient- very focused on customer service. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Dash Drains. My parents had a blocked drain pipe that drains all water out of the home. I was told by a friend to call Dash Drains which is what we did. They scheduled us in with a few hours of our call and were there exactly when they said they would be. Mark and his partner were very friendly, professional and assuring that it wasn't a big deal. They were right. They had blockage cleared up in no time. When they were done they cleaned up with Lysol. They also wore masks the whole time. I would highly recommend Dash Drains you won't be disappointed.

Just want to say how impressed I was with Dash Drains! We had flooding in the basement which amongst ourselves diagnosed as a clogged pipe. I called Dash Drains and was given a 2 hour window. Brian showed up early. He was very professional and answered all our questions. It's hard to find a company that does a good job and doesn't charge a small fortune for the service. Adam, our serviceman, was polite and informative and solved our sink drain problem with a determined resolve, which was needed as the backup had befuddled family and others for too long. The BEST!!...We've been having a problem off and on with our sewer line for years. I mistakenly called one of their competitors months back to handle the issue. It was a disaster. They were here for HOURS and the price was insane....Not DASH!. Brian and his parter were impeccable. I don't think they were here for more than 15 minutes and they managed to clear out a clog 85 feet from our home!! That's service. Call them NOW.

Our kitchen sink suddenly clogged tight. For a week we tried fixing it ourselves to avoid paying a plumber. Plunging, chemicals, a cheap snake. Nothing helped. I called our plumber, who recommended Dash. Adam came over within two hours. He quickly located the clog, brought in a heavy duty electric snake and worked it down the drain pipe. Success! Live in Newburyport and noticed on a Saturday morning that we had a clogged drain pipe in the basement along with some flooding from back flow pressure.
