Fabulous, individual attention and reliable information. I called Cooper Medical several times while I was deciding on an oximeter. I live in the mid-west and could not visit the store. They helped me identify differences in oximeters. I was quite picky with questions about the ease of use, data, and software. They were very knowledgeable about their products. Even the owner is in the store working with his team. I wish I lived closer so I could do all my business with Cooper Medical.
