Services
Dr. Brandon Castor was raised in Cary, NC and lived there until he attended NC State University where he received a BS in Biology. After his time at NCSU, Dr. Castor went to dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Following dental school, Dr. Castor returned to North Carolina to begin his career as a general dentist.
Fillings are the most common way to repair a tooth that has a cavity; the damaged portion of the tooth is removed, and a filling is immediately placed to restore it. There are many types of filling materials available; the most common are "silver" amalgam fillings and "tooth-colored" composite fillings.
Regular cleanings are an integral part in maintaining your oral health. Together, you, your hygienist and Dr. Castor will determine how often is appropriate to schedule your exams, typically every 3-6 months. Inspect the health of your gums for any signs of gingivitis or periodontal (gum) disease, .
Everyday foods and drinks like sodas, tea, coffee and wine can leave stains on the outer layer of your teeth. These stains gradually get worse over time, leaving your teeth dull or yellow. Whitening products are able to undo these changes in a short period of time without making permanent changes to the structure of your teeth.
Dental implants are an amazing way to replace missing teeth and stabilize partials and dentures. Implants are designed to replace the root of a missing tooth, and most are placed by either an oral surgeon or a periodontist. After the implant has stabilized, Dr. Castor can help to create a custom crown, finalizing the procedure and reestablishing your ability to chew.

Great experience as a new patient. Decided to go this office based on the reviews. The reviews are true, everyone was friendly and I felt welcome. The hygienist did a gentle but thorough cleaning. Dr. Castor was also very friendly and communicated throughout the examination. Also the lady at the front desk went above & beyond by scheduling my consultation at the oral surgeon for me. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly, Ms Sharon was my first contact. She made me feel that they would be able to meet the needs of my child. Dr Castor was very knowledgeable. My daughter who gets nervous about going to the dentist said he and staff made her feel comfortable. I have already recommended the practice to a friend.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Castor. Everyone here is professional and friendly. There is no wait before appointments although the waiting room is lovely with complimentary tea and coffee. There are big windows with pretty views in all of the rooms. Sunglasses are offered during dental work which are much more comfortable than goggles.… Most importantly, I've had absolutely no issues with my teeth here. Dr. Castor and his staff clearly explain treatment plans, showing pictures and explaining the condition of your teeth. I also love the goodie bags of toothbrushes, etc. I place
