MD Construction built a beautiful screen enclosure over our courtyard pool. They were relatively accurate about how long it would take to get the permits and complete the job. We love the taller height of the enclosure which makes the courtyard look larger. We were very happy with the professionalism of the workers and the enclosure looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional. These contractors are extremely neat. Very organized.
They lay out the entire plan and timeline from the beginning. I was so impressed with the job I even contracted them to do my gutters. They also did a excellent job with the gutters too.

We have been trying to find a construction co to build a screen porch on the house we bought on a lake in Haines City Fl. We had several companies make appointments. They would come talk assure us they could do the job, and then we would never hear or see them again. John came and was all business. He drew rough plans while he was here. He has kept in touch and had been available when we had questions. He has come with plans and has been willing to make plan changes when I changed my mind. We haven't started building yet. Waiting for permits. I will post pictures when there is something to take

An excellent experience with MD from start to finish, first .. they were almost $2k less than other estimates we had. It did take several weeks before construction began, but in the current situation that was expected, all during the process .. their sub-contractors and MD personnel were first class, professional, neat and clean, quick to respond with my endless questions (really appreciated!)
