Very professional and answered all our questions. They adjusted to our needs which we appreciate so much.There was good coordination between the office and us, as far as ordering and delivery. They were prompt and arrived on time. Mr. Anthony and Daniel were fast and professional about putting stuff together, very patient explaining everything from controls, using and taking care of the tub, proper water monitoring, draining and cleaning. Our experience started on the showroom floor where Rodney and Kevin took their time to explain the pros and cons of each hot tub. They displayed amazing customer service and even stayed later past closing time to help me make an informed decision. Delivery was set up and was delivered within 48 hrs and on a Sunday. The delivery process ran smoothly with the knowledge and friendliness displayed by Anthony and his crew. Thank you Affordable Spas for making this experience seem effortless and well worth it!

Friday Rodney the owner of Affordable Spas, Pool & Billiards and his crew delivered our new Jacuzzi. They removed our old one and set the new one up. Anthony gave us a great over view on all the features and procedures on the proper care and operation of our new Jacuzzi hot tub. Every thing worked great. Later that evening we started to use it and discovered there wasn’t any power to the hot tub. Now at this point Rodney has met his responsibilities. I called Rodney and over the phone he instructed me to check the circuit breaker and he determined the problem was probably on my end with my circuit

Anthony and Dan were very thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working correctly and made sure we knew how to use and maintain the tub. They had to take out a screen in my enclosure and even asked me to inspect it after they put the screen back in, to make sure i was happy. So glad we took the time to get to know Rodney and the crew. Well worth the ride.
