Located in the heart of the lakes north of Brainerd, Nisswa includes 12 lakes within its city limits. The Nisswa Motel is located just one block from the shopping and restaurants of downtown Nisswa, one of the top destinations in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Great service and the place was very quiet. Rooms were very clean and no bad odors.
All the amenities you needed for a rustic weekend getaway. I will most definately come back again. Stayed 2 nights and had plenty of towels and bathroom supplies without having to continously go back and forth to the office. I would recommend this place to everyone. We found this hotel using trip advisor.

The Nisswa Community Ice Rink, one of the state's finest outdoor rinks with refrigerated ice and a fully-functioning professional Zamboni, is just a block away. Stayed here a few times, rooms are always clean, its right down town nisswa so you can easily walk into town. The rooms could use some updates but from what we could see they were working on that. Met the new manager, she seemed very nice. Great price for what you get and you can't beat the location

Nice little motel in downtown Nisswa. Just steps from Paul Bunyan Trail for super easy access to miles and miles of paved biking, walking, running.
A handful of restaurants, pizza, ice cream, coffee within easy walking distance.
Rooms are spacious with micro, fridge, table & chairs.
Remarkable service! Had a minor issue with shower temp & draining. Called office who responded IMMEDIATELY, assessed situation and had a plumber fix the issue promptly.
I've stayed at a lot of places along HWY 371, with my kids, but I will definitely stay when visiting relatives in the area again.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend last year. What a wonderful experience! The staff is polite and professional, and the owners have done a great job keeping the place clean and respectable. Jason at the front desk was also very nice to work with, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

I try to get up to this area about 10 times during the spring and summer months to take the bike out on the Paul Bunyan Trail. I must say, the Nisswa Motel is my absolute favorite place to stay when I come up here. It’s right in the heart of this beautiful town and extremely close to the PBT! With this pandemic going on, we could all use a little weekend getaway. I highly recommend you take your business to the Nisswa Motel to get away, relax, and enjoy the beautiful sunshine out in this part of Minnesota!
