If I could give Dr. Allen 10 stars, I would!!!
I appreciate Dr. Allen’s, kindness, his knowledge, skill, and the care he gives his patients. Dr. Allen explained everything to me so carefully, completely, exactly, that I had no questions or worry about anything relating to my surgery. Dr Allen, and his staff are well organized in the office. All paper work was completed and ready for signing as well as setting appointments up in advance for my return checkups. They even had the medicine ready to be picked up at the Pharmacy the day before my bunion surgery.
I felt even the nurse he used for

About 2 years ago I was hospitalized due to a diabetic ulcer. It was there I met Dr. Allen and became a patient for life. I was under the care of a different podiatrist who's treatment or lack their of allowed the soar to go to the bone (and cause a bone infection). Thanks to Dr. Allen I was able to prevent amputation. I will not go to another Dr for foot care. Thank you Dr. Allen for being such a kind, compassionate, man.

I went to Dr. Allen for foot pain. He said I had to have a bone spur removed. He performed the surgery however he left part of the spur in there and did not remove the haglund's deformity. It has been 18 months and my foot has not healed. It is hugely swollen and painful. My new doctor said there is a lot of infection and necrotic tissue. I am having corrective surgery by my new surgeon next month. I am so disgusted and angry by the whole situation. Dr. Allen is incompetent.

Dr. Allen and his entire staff are friendly, professional and helpfull in every way! Janae and Dr. Brian were very understanding and caring. After slow healing of a broken foot bone, I was offered to partake in a procedure that has not been accepted by the insurance companies. I opted to try the PRP with my own plasma, and it worked! Admittedly, it was painful, but given the option again, I would have done it sooner! I will certainly recommend him to anyone!

I came in with 3 foot issues that have been plaguing me for a year. I saw another doctor and he just recommended new orthotics and Advil. Dr. Allen took X-rays and diagnosed severe heel spurs. The other issues were quickly diagnosed and remedies recommended. I am leaving very happy.

My wife had surgery with Dr. Allen and it has been nothing but problems since. He recommended a procedure for her foot which made her foot deteriorate. We got a second opinion with an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon who described how the surgery was performed in a way which made her foot deformity worsen. After dealing with pain for years she finally went through with corrective surgery to fix the problem and she is finally doing better. I feel Dr. Allen was in over his head with her condition and should probably refer these conditions to other surgeons with more experience with complicated conditions

I saw Dr. Allen one time with a very painful foot. I had major surgery on it in Texas 5 years ago. I got in right away , he took x-rays then gave e a shot in the foot. I went on my way, then about 4 months later the pain came back very bad, I could not walk on it and it was so swollen. I called and the gal told me 2 weeks to get in. To me that is unacceptable . I complained a little and said I really need to get in right away and she basically said, too bad, it's 2 weeks or???. Well, I had to go elsewhere. Needless to say, they lost me as a patient.

Recently moved to Chandler and was looking for a podiatrist. This Dr. was referred to me by my PCP.
Being a Diabetic, I wanted proper foot care. I was escorted to the exam room by the Dr.'s Assistant, who read over my medical history, then walked out saying that the Dr. would be in.
The Dr. walked in looked at my feet, reviewed my file and walked out saying that his Assistant would be back in. She cane in and said that she would be trimming & grinding my nails. When I asked her credentials, obviously uneasy, she stated that she had a degree in H.R. but that she had been with the practice

Incompetent Dr!! Went there some years ago for plantar fasciitis. He put the cortisone injection in wrong place, did not use US. Hurt like hell and never gave any relief. I then found real foot dr who did injection under US guidance which is best practice.
Run other way!!

I would like to take time and update my review. My previous review was critical and rather harsh. It is obvious to me that the front office staff work very hard to make things happen. It would be unfair of me if I didn't give them the credit that they deserve. They have done an amazing job to help me and I want to credit them for their improved service. Like I said before Dr. Allen is an amazing Surgeon. He has performed two procedures for me and I wouldn't trust anyone else. GREAT JOB and thank you!

I've never had much reason to see a Podiatrist before, so I didn't even know where to begin when my ingrown nail was causing me severe and persistent pain for almost a month. I'd found Dr. Allen through Yelp, actually, and reached out to the office through their website. I had received a prompt and professional response the very same day, informing me they've received my information and would contact me to schedule an appointment... And they really did!! I know, kind of pathetic to be excited about something that should be common practice for businesses that receive information

I went into this office because of pain I had been having in both of my feet. Dr. Allen did an ultrasound and found out I had plantar fasciitis. My husband had this condition and I was aware of treatments that were performed. I was asked if I would like cortisone shots to reduce inflammation to make it less painful to walk. Again my husband has gotten one and said it was not painful and helped a lot. So I said yes to the shots. This Dr. went in at the bottom of my foot at the arch, with no ultrasound to guide the needle. It was the most painful shot I have ever received, I lost my breath

Dr. Allen is a knowledgeable, kind fantastic podiatrist. He has helped my husband thru a work injury as well as finding another issue that we were able to fix. Dr. Allen also helped me fix a consistent 20 year injury. His staff is kind and compassionate.

Very bad business practices. Re-billing a year later to get more money out of your patients?!?! I am so disgusted with this office. I will no longer take my self or my family members here again.
Be warned people, they wait literally almost a year and then go through and bill you again with a different code to get more out of you. My service was on the 29th of April 2013 and I got a bill today, the 18th of April 2014, saying I owe more money. I am very good about paying my bills I have a near perfect credit score. So when this type of thing happens, I am angry.
I will not take my business
