Lee, or what most people call him by Mr. T, from Executive Realty in Port Orange is the definition of a professional. He respectfully, but honestly, gives you advice and guidance whether you are selling or buying a home. I initially contacted Lee based off of a recommendation from one of my customers to help me sell a home. None of the other agents would even consider to list my home anywhere close to my asking price - I figured they just wanted a quick and easy sale for the commission; however, Lee came out to the property the next day to check it out and told me he could list it close to my ideal
