I dropped of shoes quite some time ago for repair, paid in advance and have left a message on phone without response. I can understand a lot of things except getting back to people about what's going on and when I can pick them up?
I have been going by on a daily basis and was able to catch someone there and retreive my shoes. They did an excellent job on them and I was told they are bringing family and friends in to try to help with the work

6 Weeks and still waiting on my boots.
I'll start this review by sharing this is the first negative review I've ever posted online. I've been patient, I've been understanding, but after 6 weeks and numerous unfilled guarantees, I've lost all patience.
When I dropped my boots off for a minor repair, I was told they would be ready in 1 week. One week later, I went to collect them, but no one was there. After communicating with a staff person, I was told they'd be ready the next day. Here I am 6 weeks later, the owner has personally promised me someone would be at the Wheat Ridge location this entire

I dropped off my shoes two months ago. They said they would be ready in a week and they made me pay up front. I went and they were not ready after the week. They said they would call me when ready. I waited two weeks and no call. I kept going and was always closed no matter the day or hour. I just saw online they are temporarily closed. So they have my shoes and my money with no way to contact them. Very disappointing.

Still waiting for a response back. we dropped off our shoes 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. we just want our shoes and money back by this point. especially since i dropped off my work shoes and i need them for work, im surprised i havent gotten in trouble for not wearing them to work lately.
i should have takem them somewhere else or just bought a new pair. NEVER EVER come here, they cant keep up or even keep their customers updated

Had the shoe's for 2 weeks, told them I needed the shoe's for a trip, could not get a call back from them, finally I had to meet them at a separate location to get the shoe's back, what a nightmare, don't use this place...
I like to support local business but not this one...move on !!

Dropped off a pair of Italian ski boot liners that I accidentily pulled the tongue out trying to put them on. Bobby said he could fix them and explained how he would do it. He said it would take about a week. Four days later I received a call that they were completed and ready for pickup. Just like new! Saved me $400+ on a new pair. Thanks Bobby

Took in my pair of great condition Frye boots to have a zipper replaced due to the teeth getting bent. At this point, 3 weeks later, the boots have been either been LOSt or STOLEN or misplaced. Since no one can find them except give me the run around and blame each other. Since the boots had to be sent to the Boulder shop, I have had to deal with both shops. The person at the Wheatridge shop blames the Boulder shop for misplacing them and the Boulder shop blames her for losing them. I even drove up to Boulder to search their shelves myself since no one seemed to want to do it themselves. No one

Hard place to find, address wasn’t correct. Brought 2 pairs of nice leather shoes, guy said he’d work on them, and we paid for the service ahead of time. Came back a week after the promised date, so they would have extra time. Boots had white blotches on them, and weren’t done. The other pair were simply painted over and heal wasn’t repaired, per the agreement. The employee said they fired the previous person and didn’t have anyone to work on the shoes. Waited another week and boots were stretched like we agreed, but no refund or “sorry” about the entire situation. Also had NO way

Took in a pair of twisted X moccasin shoes that the leather was coming apart they resouled and took everything apart the person with the long blonde hair was too afraid to listen and kept stepping back every time I tried to explain something about my choka shoes. These were driving shoes And resouled them and put rubber bottoms on. Thank goodness only laid down a $45 deposit taking keep them.
