The washers and dryers at Girvin Coin Laundry are top-quality commercial equipment from Huebsch, which provide a superior clean and dry. We have fifteen washers and sixteen natural gas dryers for your convenience. Our washers range in size from one load (twelve pounds of laundry) to four loads (fifty pounds of laundry).
A front-loading washing machine uses less water than conventional top-load washing machines. Top-loading washers are designed to fill with water that's combined with detergent to create lots of suds; suds and soap clean clothes and then the machine spins the clothes to get out the dirty water. Conversely, a front-loading machine washes clothing without the need for a lot of soap and suds.
Because of their increased efficiency, gas dryers dry clothes more quickly. Gas dryers also dissipate heat more quickly, reducing the wrinkling factor, which is especially useful if you can't fold your clothes right away. Because of the different heating method, gas dryers don't create as much static cling as their electric counterparts.

Don’t wash your clothes here. I had two perfectly good mattress pads white and I washed them in one of their machines and they came out ripped and soiled with something gray. I text the owner and told him about it and he did not want to be accountable. Saying there was something in the washing machine apparently and I told him I checked the washer before I put my things in there. Then he said I must’ve gotten it caught in the door. These mattress pads cost a total of $70 Together and he doesn’t want to be accountable for them. Sometimes it’s better just to pay And be accountable. Our video

I actually think this a very REASONABLY priced laundry mat! I've been to other ...one at the beach and their dryers are a BIG rip off. Unlike this little business. The loads are $2, $2.75, $3.50 and up. They have it to meet many different needs. I like that it's older and a bit run down. It's my new go to place to clean clothes. Plus they use bleach to clran! 🌟
