The service is over the top. I’m in a service business myself and I love great service. My clothes are cleaned on time and ready most of the time before the delivery time. The employees smile and ask if there’s anything that they can do to help before I can open my mouth. I live in the San Jose area but I’ll drive to the store on south side Blvd to take my clothes, just to see the smiling faces and the attentive to detail. My cleaners forever.

Very professional. Dry cleaning should always be handled how it is here. Only four stars being that I was sent a text saying my order was ready when it was actually two days away from being available for pickup. Employees are nice and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Will be back!

I have used Oceanside now for 2 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of dry cleaning services as well as their customer service. This time I had one piece brought in for dry cleaning/stain removal on a layer of my $500, custom hand-made Moroccan wedding dress. The stain was removed, but when I arrived home to hang it up, I found that someone had stapled the plastic cover to my dress!!! I very carefully removed the staple, but there are now two holes from where the staple was removed.

Having to get something dry cleaned is sort of like having to get gas, not something I really want to do but I have to. I had the best experience at Oceanside Cleaners!! They do dry cleaning the way it should be done. I dropped my items off one day (in the drive thru) and they were ready the next afternoon! Service is amazing! They are so on it, super easy, fast and friendly! The location is not convenient for me but I will gladly go out of my way when I need dry cleaning services again! Thank you, Oceanside!! Keep up the great work!

This is the first time I've used a dry cleaning service so I don't know how their fees stack up to others.
Oceanside did have a welcome gift bag which was very cool and unexpected, the service was performed in 1 business day (original estimate was 2-3).
Extra hangers were kept and wrapped up for my convenience, and they did include the collar holders in the shirt.
Everything was great, and this would be the standard I would hold a competitor to.

Oceanside Cleaners did a phenomenal job on my wife's wedding dress cleaning and preservation, as well as a great clean for my tuxedo and vest! Everybody was professional and beyond accommodating and courteous along the way, and they even helped me walk everything out to my car when I picked up! Overall, completely blown away by our experience, and really glad we chose Oceanside! 😃

My 82-year-old father recently moved back to Iowa to be closer to us. He brought with him a treasured leather blazer. It was so damaged that I thought it was headed for the trash bin. Our local cleaners even told us it was beyond repair.
A friend suggested I reach out to Oceanside Cleaners of Jacksonville, Florida. While that seemed like a long reach, my friend assured me that Oceanside was not your average dry cleaners. So, I sent photos to owner Michael Harris showing all the damage to the blazer. He thought they could improve on its condition and had me ship him the blazer.
